During these challenging economic times, every dollar counts. At Ruby Tuesday, we’re committed to supporting our local community, which is why we’re excited to introduce our new Church Giveback Program.

Through this program, your church can earn 1% back on all purchases made at any Ruby Tuesday location—whether dining in or ordering TueGo from our website or app. It’s an easy way for your congregation to support your mission while enjoying a delicious meal.

Here’s How It Works:

1. To get set up, please fill out the form below and attach a current W9 from your place of worship. W9 is required and must be signed and be less than 12 months old from date of set up.
2. Once your organization is set up with the Ruby Tuesday Church Giveback Program, you will receive a flyer to help inform your congregation. Orders can be placed for dine-in our TueGo 7 days a week at any participating location. Excludes airport, and franchise locations. 
3. Inform your congregation that after they dine-in or order TueGo at Ruby Tuesday, they should provide their receipt to the church.
4. Once a month, scan the receipts and email to churchgiveback@rubytuesday.com or mail them to this address:
   P.O. Box 4069, Maryville, TN 37802-4069.
   Be sure to attach or include a printed copy of the completed Submission Form that you’ll receive via email with each batch of receipts. Receipts can be submitted up to 30 days after each visit. 
5. Within 30 days after receiving all submitted receipts, Ruby Tuesday will send a check to your organization for 1% of net sales totaled by guests.
