How do I make reservations at Ruby Tuesday?
Why was my favorite item removed from the menu?
While most of your favorites have been on our menu for years (handcrafted burgers, Create Your Own Garden Bar, steaks, New Orleans Seafood, fried shrimp, baby-back ribs, and more), we are constantly listening to what our guests tell us they like and adding choices and unique flavors that satisfy your cravings for something new and delicious. Sometimes when we add new choices, we take away an item or two to make room for the next new hit!
Does Ruby Tuesday have a kids’ menu?
Yes. We have a kids’ menu for children ages 10 and under. To view online simply click here. Younger guests receiving a kids’ menu will also receive crayons so they can play and navigate through the fun, educational games printed on the menu.

What are Ruby Tuesday's standards for fresh and natural ingredients?
The FDA regulation defines the term “fresh” when it is used to suggest that a food is raw or unprocessed. In this context, “fresh” can be used only on a food that is raw, has never been frozen or heated, and contains no preservatives.

Our vegetable and fruit suppliers grow and harvest their products with great care and devotion in order to provide the finest quality produce. After harvesting, all of our produce is taken to FDA approved facilities, where it is expertly handled to ensure safety and wholesomeness. Every item presented on our guest’s plate or Fresh Garden Bar is thoroughly inspected before being proudly served.
“Natural” means the product cannot contain any artificial flavor or flavoring, coloring ingredient, chemical preservative, or any other artificial or synthetic ingredient; and the product and its ingredients are only minimally processed.

In what type of oil do you prepare your foods?
Currently our foods are prepared in trans-fat-free soybean oil.
Do any of your recipes contain MSG?
At this time, our quality assurance team does not have information on MSG. While Ruby Tuesday does not add MSG to any recipe or food preparation, we cannot say with certainty that MSG is not in any ingredients. We cannot comfortably recommend any menu items for MSG sensitivity. Detail on MSG may be added in the near future.

Many of your favorite Ruby Tuesday menu items are sent to an accredited, independent laboratory for nutritional analysis. Nutritional testing is performed on dishes that are prepared according to our proprietary recipes, using only Ruby Tuesday approved ingredients, and our exact cooking method.

In what denominations are Ruby Tuesday gift cards available?
Our gift cards come in any denomination from $5 to $250.
Where can I use my Ruby Tuesday gift card?
All Ruby Tuesday gift cards, except those purchased in Hawaii, may be used at any Ruby Tuesday located in the continental United States. Gift cards purchased in Hawaii are not redeemable in the continental United States. If you wish to replace a gift card that was purchased in Hawaii with a Ruby Tuesday gift card that is redeemable in the continental United States, please submit your inquiry to Guest Services at www.rubytuesday.com/feedback.
Do your gift cards expire?
Our gift cards never expire. However, our bonus cards expire Tuesday, March 5, 2018.
How can I check my gift card balance?
You can verify the balance by calling the toll free number on the back of your gift card (1-888-359-7657). Your gift card number, the 16- digit number on the back of the card will be required.
How can I place a bulk gift card order?
To purchase more than 25 gift cards, or a value in excess of $500, please visit www.rubytuesday.com/gift-cards and access the “Bulk Gift Card Orders” section to place your order.
Do you charge a monthly fee after a certain period of time?
No fees are charged, no matter how old the card (even if the card says otherwise and even if it was purchased in New Jersey). Please contact Guest Services at www.rubytuesday.com/feedback if there is a need to have past dormancy fees reinstated to the balance of an older gift card.
Can I send a personal message with my online gift card purchase?
You can create your own gift card using photos, clip art, text, and different background designs, and choose from over 1,000 customizable greeting cards via www.rubytuesday.com/gift-cards.
Can I order a gift card online to be mailed to a friend or me?
Yes, you may order your Ruby Tuesday gift card at www.rubytuesday.com/gift-cards. Please follow the online directions for selecting and ordering your gift to be mailed to you, a friend, or family member. Need it there in a hurry? Try sending one of our e-gift card options.
Can I order a gift card online and pick it up at my local restaurant?
At this time you are not able to order a gift card online and pick it up at one of our restaurants. You may purchase gift cards at any of our Ruby Tuesday locations however.
When will I receive my online gift card purchase?
All online orders placed will be processed the next business day*. Delivery will depend on the shipping option you choose.
*Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include major holidays.
Whom can I contact if I have questions or problems with an online gift card order?

Will I receive confirmation of my online gift card order?
Yes. After your online gift card order has been placed, an order confirmation page will appear containing your order number. You will also receive your order confirmation via email.
Can you deliver to a P.O. Box?
Yes, USPS delivers to P.O. Boxes. Note: Bulk orders are shipped via FedEx, which does not accept P.O. Boxes.
I don't have time to order online and can't get to a restaurant to buy a gift card. What can I do?
Our gift cards can be purchased at many major retail stores (including Wal-Mart, Target, and Sam’s Club), as well as many grocery and drug stores. Please contact your local retailer to confirm if they carry our card.
Will I receive the bonus card(s) if I purchase gift cards at a major retailer?
No. Gift card purchases through third party vendors such as Wal-Mart and Target, will not be eligible to receive the bonus card(s).

How does it work?
First you need to sign up by downloading the Ruby Rewards App or at https://www.rubytuesday.com/rewards/. Log into your account, dine at Ruby Tuesday or Order online at https://order.rubytuesday.com/. And then you can start racking up the Rubies!!
What do I get for signing up?
A free Dessert or Garden Bar add On but you’ve got to use it before it expires in 30 days.
Do I get anything for my Birthday?
Absolutely! Free Dessert. Drops 7 days before Birthday and expires 14 days after receipt. *An add-on Garden Bar is also available in place of the birthday dessert.
How do I earn Rubies?
After eating at Ruby Tuesday, open the Ruby Rewards app, select ‘Earn’ and either scan your receipt bar code or enter in the barcode number. If you are on your desktop computer, log into your account at https://www.rubytuesday.com/rewards-login/, select ‘Earn’ and enter in your receipt barcode number, and select ‘Submit’. Your Rubies will be deposited into your account. When you order online via your Ruby Rewards App or via https://order.rubytuesday.com/, Rubies are automatically deposited into your account. Redeem your Rubies for FREE FOOD!! And repeat!
What can I earn Rubies on?
Any food menu item you purchase when dining at Ruby Tuesday or ordering online at https://order.rubytuesday.com/. You cannot earn Rubies on alcohol purchases, tax, service charges, tips, gratuity, or gift cards.
How do I redeem my Signup gift, Birthday Gift and other offers?
Open your Ruby Rewards App, your available offers will automatically populate. You can swipe up to refresh, find your intended offer and select ‘Redeem’. A notification will pop up to confirm that you’re ready to use this reward. Tap “Redeem Now” and give this code to your server or enter it online at https://order.rubytuesday.com/. How do I use my Rubies for free food?

Tap “Redeem Now” and give this code to your server or enter it online at https://order.rubytuesday.com/. From your desktop computer, log into your account at https://www.rubytuesday.com/rewards/rewards-login/ Select ‘Redeem Rubies’, click in the white area under ‘Select a Reward to Redeem’, this will populate all available items. Select the item you’d like to redeem and select ‘Redeem’. A notification will pop up to confirm your select, tap ‘Ok’. Your offer code will appear on the screen. You can share the code with your server when you dine at a Ruby Tuesday or use the code when you order online at https://order.rubytuesday.com/.

I redeemed an offer but can’t find the code to give to my server. Where can I find it?
If you receive email notifications, you can check your inbox or spam folder for an email from Ruby Tuesday with your coupon code. You can also log you’re your Ruby Rewards App, and from the ‘Rewards’ page, select the red bar at the bottom of the screen labeled “Active Redemption code”. This will bring up your coupon code and a countdown timer for when it will be deposited back into your account if not used.
How can I get Ruby Rich quickly?
Easy! Share your Ruby Rewards Invite code with your friends and you both will earn 150 bonus Rubies after they make their first purchase at Ruby Tuesday! To find your code, open the Ruby Rewards App, select ‘More’ at the bottom left side of the screen. Select ‘Invite’ at the top right part of the screen. Your unique invite code will appear. ‘Tap code to copy’ and paste it into a text, email or social media message. From your desktop computer, log into your account at https://www.rubytuesday.com/rewards/rewards-login/ Select ‘Invite Friends’ and your unique invite code will appear. Copy and paste into your email or a social media message.
I signed up for Ruby Rewards and I never got the email verification. What do I need to do?
If you signed up via Apple or Facebook, you will need to check the inbox and/or junk folder of the email associated with your Apple or Facebook account. If you have any issues, please reach out to RewardsFeedback@rubytuesday.com.
I can’t redeem a reward because it says I have to verify my email address. How do I verify my email address?
If you get a message with an email ending in .facebook.com or appleID.com, you will need to check the inbox and/or junk folder of the email associated with your Apple or Facebook account. If you have any issues, please reach out to RewardsFeedback@rubytuesday.com.
I redeemed a reward but didn’t use it. Will I lose it?
No. If the reward is not used, after 6 hours the offer will be deposited back into your account.
Can I earn Rubies if I order on DoorDash (or any other 3rd party delivery platforms)?
No. Rubies can only be earned on orders placed through https://order.rubytuesday.com/.
Can I earn Rubies on alcohol or if I purchase a gift card?
At this time, you cannot earn or redeem Rubies on alcohol or gift card purchases.
Can I use my Ruby Rewards promo codes on DoorDash (or any other 3rd party delivery platforms)?
No. Ruby Rewards offers and promotions can only be used on https://order.rubytuesday.com/.
Do my Rubies Expire?
Rubies expire only if the member has not earned or redeemed Rubies within a 12 month period. As long as the member is active in the program, their points will not expire.
I forgot to scan my receipt yesterday, can I still scan it and get Rubies?
Yes, in order to receive Rubies, remember to scan you receipt within 3 days of your visit.
My Barcode isn’t scanning! What do I do?
Did you make the purchase in-person at your local Ruby Tuesday? If you make a purchase using a credit card, in-person, you may receive two receipts. One that has your order details, amount, and your barcode, and one that is generated once you make a payment with your credit card that does not have the order details on it. This second receipt will not have a barcode. If this is the only receipt that you have, or for some reason, the order detail receipt does not contain a barcode, you may send a picture of the receipt you have to RewardsFeedback@rubytuesday.com and we’ll assist in adding your Rubies to your account.
Did you use a coupon? If you used your welcome offer, a coupon after redeeming your points, or any other coupon found in your Rewards account, your check will automatically be assigned to your account. Unfortunately, this still prints the barcode which can cause confusion.
Did you give your loyalty information to the server or bartender? Your receipt will not contain a barcode if you gave your information to your server or bartender, and they added your order to your Ruby Rewards account during your transaction.
Receiving an error that says your receipt has already been scanned? If you receive an error that your receipt has already been scanned, try to refresh your app by pulling down with your finger on the Rewards screen, or force close your app and reopen it. It should take a few minutes for the app to recognize your points and you should see your receipt in the history tab under “More”.
I had lunch and then I met up with some friends for Happy Hour and now I’m getting an error when I try to scan my receipt for Rubies. Can I still get rubies?
There is a 4-hour timeline between when you can Check in/scan your barcode scan. Please reach out to RewardsFeedback@rubytuesday.com with a picture or screenshot of your receipt and your phone number or email address attached to your Ruby Rewards account.
My receipt doesn’t have a barcode. How do I get my Rubies?

How do I change my Ruby Rewards password?
Open your Ruby Rewards app, Log out and then log back in. If already logged out, select Login. Select ‘Reset Password’ and put in your new password. From your desktop computer, open your web browser to https://www.rubytuesday.com/rewards/. Select Log in, select ‘Forgot Password’ and an email will be sent to your address with instructions on how to reset your password. Make sure to check your inbox and spam/junk folders.
Why is my email wrong and why can’t I change it?
If you signed up for Ruby Rewards using Facebook or your Apple ID, then your email is replaced with a Facebook or Apple generic email address. Any emails sent to this generic address should end up at the email address linked to either your Facebook account or Apple ID.
“I’m already a SoConnected Member? Do I have to sign up for Ruby Rewards?”
You are the original Ruby Regular and you will still receive emails, news, and some coupons but will have to upgrade to Ruby Rewards to earn the new benefits.
What’s happening to my SoConnected Birthday burger?
We updated our birthday offer to a Free Dessert or Garden Bar Add on! You should receive it 7 days before your birthday and make sure to use it before it expires 14 days after your birthdate.
Are you getting rid of SoConnected?
Current SoConnected members will still receive coupons and offers as they normally do.
Why is Ruby Rewards special when everyone gets the same deals anyway?
Only with Ruby Rewards can you earn free food based on what you spend at Ruby Tuesday. Ruby Rewards has MORE deals, MORE specials, Challenges, FREE Food by spending Rubies, and more!

How do I join the SoConnected Email Club?
SoConnected is no longer available. Please join the Ruby Rewards program here.
I signed up for So Connected, but I haven’t received my confirmation email.
First, please check your spam or junk folders. If your confirmation email did not filter into one of those, please add
news@rubytuesdayrestaurants.com to your list of safe senders to ensure our email is delivered properly. Then, complete the So Connected enrollment form again by clicking here.
If you’re still not able to receive your confirmation email, please contact your email service provider to ensure that our emails are not being blocked or automatically deleted.
How do I update my information in So Connected?
If you need to update your account information, email address, or opt-out of receiving future messages, please click the “Already Have an Account?” login link on our So Connected sign up page. Follow the instructions, and you will be given access to your So Connected profile to make necessary updates.

Currently, most company-owned and franchise restaurants in the continental United States are participating in our So Connected offers. Our restaurants located in Airports and outside the United States (including Hawaii) are independently owned and operated, and do not honor these coupons.

I didn't receive my Birthday coupon
If you didn’t receive your birthday coupon, one of several things may have happened. You may not have entered your birthday into the So Connected sign up form or you may have entered your birthday into the So Connected sign up form after your birthday occurred.
To fix this problem for the future, click here to update your So Connected profile.
Note: So Connected birthday coupons are sent out 7 business days prior to the birthday that is on file in your So Connected account. If
you joined So Connected fewer than 7 business days before your birthday, you will not receive a birthday coupon until next year.

My coupon won’t print.
When you are ready to print, be sure that your printer is ready because you will only have a few chances to access your coupon. Once the coupon is on your screen, you will need to print it by clicking “PRINT COUPON” or by using your internet browser’s built-in print functionality. On most computers, you can find this in the File > Print menu in the upper left hand corner.
Only part of my coupon printed.
If you’ve tried to print your coupon but only half of it printed properly, be sure to follow your internet browser’s procedure for printing. On most computers, you can print from your web browser by selecting the File > Print command in the upper left hand corner of your screen. Otherwise, please click the “PRINT COUPON” button above your coupon.
My coupon has expired or will be expiring before I can use it. Can you extend the expiration date or issue me a new coupon?
Unfortunately, once a coupon has been issued, the expiration date can not be changed. If you are unable to use your coupon before it expires, be sure to check your inbox for future offers that you can redeem on a future visit to Ruby Tuesday.
I don’t have a printer; can I still use So Connected coupons and special offers?
If you use a SmartPhone, you may show the server your coupon image allowing them to capture the coupon code. However, if you don’t have a printer or SmartPhone, unfortunately you will not be able to use many of the special coupons that we send to members of So Connected.
I don’t have a computer and/or email address; can you mail me my coupons?
Thanks for your interest in So Connected. Currently, you will need to have your own email account in order to join So Connected. Our So Connected program is an online-only program, and we do not send our So Connected offers or coupons through the mail.
My coupon says it’s already been accessed but I didn’t print it.
When you receive a So Connected coupon, you only get a few chances to access/print it. If you are receiving an error message, please follow the instructions below to have your coupon reset.
Do not delete the original email that contains the link to your coupon—you will need this to reprint it after it’s been reset.
Click here and complete the form to request that your coupon be reset.
You will be notified by email when your coupon has been reset. You will then be able to reprint the coupon using the link in the original email.
I was told that my coupon had already been used or was invalid.
Currently our So Connected coupons have unique codes and can only be used once. Once it has been redeemed, it cannot be used again.
Can I use my coupon more than once?
No, most So Connected coupons contain a unique code that can only be used once. If your friends and family would like to receive future coupons and offers, they can join So Connected by visiting here.
There's no code on my coupon.

I got my birthday coupon but my family member did not.
Each So Connected member must have his/her own email address. Answers to frequently asked questions about SMS Notifications
- Ruby Rewards SMS Notification program allows members to receive deals, coupon codes, Rewards Program alerts, and new promotions via SMS texts.
- You can cancel the Ruby Rewards SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at help@rubytuesday.com.
