While most of your favorites have been on our menu for years (handcrafted burgers, Create Your Own Garden Bar, steaks, New Orleans Seafood, fried shrimp, baby-back ribs, and more), we are constantly listening to what our guests tell us they like and adding choices and unique flavors that satisfy your cravings for something new and delicious. Sometimes when we add new choices, we take away an item or two to make room for the next new hit!
Yes. We have a kids’ menu for children ages 10 and under. To view online simply click here. Younger guests receiving a kids’ menu will also receive crayons so they can play and navigate through the fun, educational games printed on the menu.

Our vegetable and fruit suppliers grow and harvest their products with great care and devotion in order to provide the finest quality produce. After harvesting, all of our produce is taken to FDA approved facilities, where it is expertly handled to ensure safety and wholesomeness. Every item presented on our guest’s plate or Fresh Garden Bar is thoroughly inspected before being proudly served.
“Natural” means the product cannot contain any artificial flavor or flavoring, coloring ingredient, chemical preservative, or any other artificial or synthetic ingredient; and the product and its ingredients are only minimally processed.

At this time, our quality assurance team does not have information on MSG. While Ruby Tuesday does not add MSG to any recipe or food preparation, we cannot say with certainty that MSG is not in any ingredients. Many of your favorite Ruby Tuesday menu items are sent to an accredited, independent laboratory for nutritional analysis. Nutritional testing is performed on dishes that are prepared according to our proprietary recipes, using only Ruby Tuesday approved ingredients, and our exact cooking method.

Gift Cards
Our gift cards come in any denomination from $5 to $250.
All Ruby Tuesday gift cards, except those purchased in Hawaii, may be used at any Ruby Tuesday located in the continental United States. Gift cards purchased in Hawaii are not redeemable in the continental United States. If you wish to replace a gift card that was purchased in Hawaii with a Ruby Tuesday gift card that is redeemable in the continental United States, please submit your inquiry to Guest Services at www.rubytuesday.com/feedback.
Our gift cards never expire. However, our bonus cards expire Tuesday, March 5, 2018.
You can verify the balance by calling the toll free number on the back of your gift card (1-888-359-7657). Your gift card number, the 16- digit number on the back of the card will be required.
To purchase more than 25 gift cards, or a value in excess of $500, please visit www.rubytuesday.com/gift-cards and access the “Bulk Gift Card Orders” section to place your order.
No fees are charged, no matter how old the card (even if the card says otherwise and even if it was purchased in New Jersey). Please contact Guest Services at www.rubytuesday.com/feedback if there is a need to have past dormancy fees reinstated to the balance of an older gift card.
You can create your own gift card using photos, clip art, text, and different background designs, and choose from over 1,000 customizable greeting cards via www.rubytuesday.com/gift-cards.
Yes, you may order your Ruby Tuesday gift card at www.rubytuesday.com/gift-cards. Please follow the online directions for selecting and ordering your gift to be mailed to you, a friend, or family member. Need it there in a hurry? Try sending one of our e-gift card options.
At this time you are not able to order a gift card online and pick it up at one of our restaurants. You may purchase gift cards at any of our Ruby Tuesday locations however.

Yes. After your online gift card order has been placed, an order confirmation page will appear containing your order number. You will also receive your order confirmation via email.
Yes, USPS delivers to P.O. Boxes. Note: Bulk orders are shipped via FedEx, which does not accept P.O. Boxes.
Our gift cards can be purchased at many major retail stores (including Wal-Mart, Target, and Sam’s Club), as well as many grocery and drug stores. Please contact your local retailer to confirm if they carry our card.
No. Gift card purchases through third party vendors such as Wal-Mart and Target, will not be eligible to receive the bonus card(s).

If you receive email notifications, you can check your inbox or spam folder for an email from Ruby Tuesday with your coupon code. This will bring up your coupon code and a countdown timer for when it will be deposited back into your account if not used.

Rubies earned as of July 14, 2025 will expire 180 days after they are earned. Any Rubies that were active prior to July 14, 2025 will expire 180 days from that date on January 10, 2026.
Yes, in order to receive Rubies, remember to scan you receipt within 3 days of your visit.
Did you make the purchase in-person at your local Ruby Tuesday? If you make a purchase using a credit card, in-person, you may receive two receipts. One that has your order details, amount, and your barcode, and one that is generated once you make a payment with your credit card that does not have the order details on it. This second receipt will not have a barcode. If this is the only receipt that you have, or for some reason, the order detail receipt does not contain a barcode, you may send a picture of the receipt you have to RewardsFeedback@rubytuesday.com and we’ll assist in adding your Rubies to your account.
Did you use a coupon? If you used your welcome offer, a coupon after redeeming your points, or any other coupon found in your Rewards account, your check will automatically be assigned to your account. Unfortunately, this still prints the barcode which can cause confusion.
Did you give your loyalty information to the server or bartender? Your receipt will not contain a barcode if you gave your information to your server or bartender, and they added your order to your Ruby Rewards account during your transaction.
Receiving an error that says your receipt has already been scanned? If you receive an error that your receipt has already been scanned, try to refresh your app by pulling down with your finger on the Rewards screen, or force close your app and reopen it. It should take a few minutes for the app to recognize your points and you should see your receipt in the history tab under “More”.
There is a 4-hour timeline between when you can Check in/scan your barcode scan. Please reach out to RewardsFeedback@rubytuesday.com with a picture or screenshot of your receipt and your phone number or email address attached to your Ruby Rewards account.

Open your Ruby Rewards app, Log out and then log back in. If already logged out, select Login. Select ‘Reset Password’ and put in your new password. From your desktop computer, open your web browser to https://www.rubytuesday.com/rewards/. Select Log in, select ‘Forgot Password’ and an email will be sent to your address with instructions on how to reset your password. Make sure to check your inbox and spam/junk folders.
If you signed up for Ruby Rewards using Facebook or your Apple ID, then your email is replaced with a Facebook or Apple generic email address. Any emails sent to this generic address should end up at the email address linked to either your Facebook account or Apple ID.
You are the original Ruby Regular and you will still receive emails, news, and some coupons but will have to upgrade to Ruby Rewards to earn the new benefits.
We updated our birthday offer to a Free Dessert or Garden Bar Add on! You should receive it 7 days before your birthday and make sure to use it before it expires 14 days after your birthdate.
Current SoConnected members will still receive coupons and offers as they normally do.

When you are ready to print, be sure that your printer is ready because you will only have a few chances to access your coupon. Once the coupon is on your screen, you will need to print it by clicking “PRINT COUPON” or by using your internet browser’s built-in print functionality. On most computers, you can find this in the File > Print menu in the upper left hand corner.
If you’ve tried to print your coupon but only half of it printed properly, be sure to follow your internet browser’s procedure for printing. On most computers, you can print from your web browser by selecting the File > Print command in the upper left hand corner of your screen. Otherwise, please click the “PRINT COUPON” button above your coupon.
Unfortunately, once a coupon has been issued, the expiration date can not be changed. If you are unable to use your coupon before it expires, be sure to check your inbox for future offers that you can redeem on a future visit to Ruby Tuesday.
If you use a SmartPhone, you may show the server your coupon image allowing them to capture the coupon code. However, if you don’t have a printer or SmartPhone, unfortunately you will not be able to use many of the special coupons that we send to members of So Connected.
Thanks for your interest in So Connected. Currently, you will need to have your own email account in order to join So Connected. Our So Connected program is an online-only program, and we do not send our So Connected offers or coupons through the mail.
When you receive a So Connected coupon, you only get a few chances to access/print it. If you are receiving an error message, please follow the instructions below to have your coupon reset.
Do not delete the original email that contains the link to your coupon—you will need this to reprint it after it’s been reset.

Answers to frequently asked questions about SMS Notifications
- Ruby Rewards SMS Notification program allows members to receive deals, coupon codes, Rewards Program alerts, and new promotions via SMS texts.
- You can cancel the Ruby Rewards SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
