Petite Sirloin*
A 7-ounce sirloin, grilled to your liking.
Rib Eye*
A 12-ounce cut with just the right seasoning and plenty of great taste.
Cowboy Rib Eye*
A 12-ounce cut with secret seasonings, seared to perfection then topped with blue cheese crumbles, crisp onion straws, and our house-made steak sauce with a touch of Samuel Adams Boston Lager.
Top Sirloin*
A 9-ounce sirloin.
Bayou Sirloin*
Where surf meets turf (with a little kick). A 9-ounce cut topped with spicy sautéed shrimp covered in a creamy Parmesan sauce.
Peppercorn Mushroom Sirloin*
A 9-ounce cut with the perfect combination of sautéed baby portabella mushrooms, tasty black pepper, and Parmesan cream sauce.
