Sandy Beall is founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Ruby Tuesday, Inc. As a part of his duties, Beall is responsible for guiding the company's senior leadership team in executing the day-to-day operations of the organization. He also plays an integral role in restaurant site selection, and his leadership style has helped the organization create one of the most popular brands and respected companies in the industry.
In 1971, while attending the University of Tennessee, Beall and his college friends founded the Ruby Tuesday concept. Since then, the company has grown to more than 900 company-owned and franchised restaurants in 45 states, the District of Columbia, 13 foreign countries, and Puerto Rico.
Kimberly Grant - Executive Vice President
Kimberly Grant is Executive Vice President of Ruby Tuesday, Inc. and oversees restaurant operations for more than 600 company-owned restaurants throughout the United States. Grant began her career at Ruby Tuesday as a restaurant manager, was a Director in the company's finance and accounting department, returned to operations leadership as a Regional Partner, and was named a Vice President of Operations in 2003. In 2005, Grant was promoted to Senior Vice President, Operations and was recently promoted to corporate Executive Vice President.
Richard Johnson - Senior Vice President
Rick Johnson is Senior Vice President of Ruby Tuesday and leads the communications, strategic planning, purchasing and distribution, and quality assurance teams. Johnson has been associated with Ruby Tuesday since its founding as a consultant and full-time employee. He has served as Senior Vice President of Brand Development and was President of the company's Specialty Restaurant Divison.
Mark Young - Senior Vice President, Marketing
Mark Young is Senior Vice President of Marketing and is responsible for all advertising, menu strategy and design, brand development, and marketing programs for Ruby Tuesday, Inc. He joined Ruby Tuesday as a Marketing Manager in 1995, and was promoted to Marketing Director in 1996. After two years as Marketing Director, he was promoted to Vice President. In June 2007, he was named Senior Vice President of Marketing for Ruby Tuesday.
