Feeding America (formally America’s Second Harvest)
We are proud to partner with Feeding America (formerly America’s Second Harvest) the nation’s leading domestic hunger-relief charity. Each year, the Feeding America network provides food to more than 37 million low-income people facing hunger in the United States, including more than 14 million children and nearly 3 million seniors. In 2008 Ruby Tuesday began the "Cookies for a Cause" program as part of a new business model. Every time someone buys a half-dozen of Ruby Tuesday's gourmet cookies, 10 percent of the money they spend goes to the Feeding America affiliate serving the area where the purchase was made.
"Building it into the way we do business accomplishes several things," said Kimberly Grant, Ruby Tuesday Executive Vice President. "First and foremost, it means we give back to our communities on a continuing basis. It also lets our guests help, lets them know something about us as a company, and helps all our team members understand the importance and the reward of helping others. We strongly urge other companies to see if this model can work for them and for whatever cause they choose to support.”

Blount County Educational Foundation
We support area education exclusively through the Blount County Education Foundation (BCEF). The foundation operates with an Executive Director, supervised by a 15-member volunteer Board of Directors, and works closely with teachers, principals and administration to address the most pressing unmet educational needs of Blount County children through mini-grants.
Ruby Relief Fund
We believe in giving back, and do so in a number of ways. We are very proud to support the Ruby Relief Fund where Team Members contribute out of concern and care for their co-workers. The Ruby Relief Fund is a 501 (c) (3) entity that provides support to our team in times of disaster. Established after the events of September 11, 2001, this on-going relief effort provides financial assistance to Ruby Tuesday employees in time of natural and man-made disasters and crises.
