• In what denominations are Ruby Tuesday gift cards available? Our gift cards come in any denomination from $5 to $250.
• Where can I use my Ruby Tuesday gift card? Gift cards can be used at any Ruby Tuesday restaurant in the continental United States.
• Do your gift cards expire? Our gift cards never expire.
• How can I check my gift card balance? You can verify the balance by calling the toll free number on the back of your gift card (1-888-359-7657). Your gift card number, the 16-digit number on the back of the card, will be required.
• How can I place a bulk gift card order? For all orders of 25 or more gift cards or orders over $500, please use our new gift card bulk uploader tool here, or email giftcardorders@rubytuesday.com or call 1-800-325-0755 extension 7079 for assistance.
• Do you charge a monthly fee after a certain period of time? No fees are charged, no matter how long it is between the times they're used (even if the card says otherwise and even if it was purchased in New Jersey).
• Can I send a personal message with my gift card purchase? You can create your own gift card using photos, clip art, text and different background designs, then choose from over 1,000 customizable greeting cards.
• Can I order a gift card online to be mailed to me or a friend? Yes, you may order your Ruby Tuesday gift card above. Please follow the online directions for selecting and ordering your gift to be mailed to you, a friend or family member.
• Can I order a gift card online and pick it up at my local restaurant? At this time you are not able to order a gift card online and pick it up at one of our restaurants. You may purchase gift cards at any of our Ruby Tuesday locations however.
• Will I receive confirmation of my gift card order? Yes. After your gift card order has been placed, an order confirmation page will appear containing your order number. You will also receive your order confirmation via email.
• When will I receive my gift card? All orders placed will be processed the next business day. Delivery will depend on the shipping option you choose.
• What happens if my gift card is lost or stolen? A replacement gift card can be issued for the remaining balance if you have the 16-digit gift card number from the back of your gift card. We strongly urge our guests to record this number in a separate place upon receipt of their gift card.
• Can you deliver to a P.O. box? Yes, USPS delivers to P.O. boxes. Note: Bulk orders are shipped via FedEx which does not accept P.O. Boxes.
• Who can I contact if I have questions or problems with my order? Our online gift card customer service number is 1-800-605-9722 Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM CST, or you may email customercare@cardways.com.
• I don't have time to order online and can't get to a restaurant to buy a gift card. What can I do? Our gift cards can be purchased at many major retail stores, including grocery and drug stores. Please contact your local retailer to confirm if they carry our card.
