Note: Each So Connected member must have his/her own email address. If you share an email address with your spouse, parent, child, or anyone else, only one of you will be able to join So Connected.
If you need to set up an additional email address, you may want to contact your internet service provider. Many internet service providers offer users multiple email addresses at no charge. In addition, there are many free email services available, including Google’s Gmail, which can be used to join So Connected.

First, please check your spam or junk folders. If your confirmation email did not filter into one of those, please add email@example.com to your list of safe senders to ensure our email is delivered properly. Then, complete the So Connected enrollment form again by clicking here.
If you’re still not able to receive your confirmation email, please contact your email service provider to ensure that our emails are not being blocked or automatically deleted.
If you need to update your account information, email address, or opt-out of receiving future messages, please click the “Already Signed Up?” link on our So Connected sign up page. Follow the instructions, and you will be given access to your So Connected profile to make necessary updates.
When you are ready to print, be sure that your printer is ready because you will only have a few chances to access your coupon. Once the coupon is on your screen, you will need to print it by clicking “PRINT COUPON” or by using your internet browser’s built-in print functionality. On most computers, you can find this in the File > Print menu in the upper left hand corner.
If you’ve tried to print your coupon but only half of it printed properly, be sure to follow your internet browser’s procedure for printing. On most computers, you can print from your web browser by selecting the File > Print command in the upper left hand corner of your screen. Otherwise, please click the “PRINT COUPON” button above your coupon.
Unfortunately, once a coupon has been issued, the expiration date can not be changed. If you are unable to use your coupon before it expires, be sure to check your inbox for future offers that you can redeem on a future visit to Ruby Tuesday.
If you use a SmartPhone, you may show the server your coupon image allowing them to capture the coupon code. However, if you don’t have a printer or SmartPhone, unfortunately you will not be able to use many of the special coupons that we send to members of So Connected.
Thanks for your interest in So Connected. Currently, you will need to have your own email account in order to join So Connected. Our So Connected program is an online-only program, and we do not send our So Connected offers or coupons through the mail.
When you receive a So Connected coupon, you only get a few chances to access/print it. If you are receiving an error message, please follow the instructions below to have your coupon reset.
No, most So Connected coupons contain a unique code that can only be used once. If your friends and family would like to receive future coupons and offers, they can join So Connected by visiting here.
Currently our So Connected coupons have unique codes and can only be used once. Once it has been redeemed, it cannot be used again.
Currently, most company-owned and franchise restaurants in the continental United States are participating in our So Connected offers. Our restaurants located in Airports and outside the United States (including Hawaii) are independently owned and operated, and do not honor these coupons.

If you didn’t receive your birthday coupon, one of several things may have happened. You may not have entered your birthday into the So Connected sign up form or you may have entered your birthday into the So Connected sign up form after your birthday occurred.
To fix this problem for the future, click here to update your So Connected profile.
Note: So Connected birthday coupons are sent out 7 business days prior to the birthday that is on file in your So Connected account. If you joined So Connected fewer than 7 business days before your birthday, you will not receive a birthday coupon until next year.
