Are you offering any gift card promotions for the holidays?
Yes. For every $50 in gift cards purchased online between April 23 and June 16, 2013, you (the purchaser) will receive one $15 Bonus Coupon FREE. (We are sorry, but bulk orders do not qualify for the bonus coupon offer and this offer is not available in restaurant).

What is a bonus coupon?
A bonus card is a $15 value to use between May 13, 2013 and July 15, 2013 at any Ruby Tuesday location in the continental United States.

Are there any restrictions on the bonus coupon(s)?
Yes. Although our gift cards may be used like cash for payment on a check regardless of what was purchased; our coupons, on the other hand, are valid toward food purchases only - not alcohol, tax, or gratuity. The $15 bonus coupon will be applied to your food purchase only. Please see below for terms relative to our $15 holiday bonus coupons:
- Receive up to $15 off your entire food purchase.
- Please present coupon at time of order.
- Not valid with limited time offers, daily specials, other coupon or holiday offers, or in conjunction with our GiveBack program.
- Card cannot be used for alcohol, tax or gratuity.
- Valid for redemption: May 13, 2013 – July 15, 2013.
- Card cannot be used for alcohol, tax or gratuity.
- Valid for dine-in only.
- Not valid with any other discount offer.
- Limit of one coupon per visit, per check.
- This card will not carry a future balance.
- No cash value.
- Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
- Duplicated or altered coupons will not be accepted.
- Coupons cannot be resold or traded.
- Not valid at Hawaii locations.

Is the $15 bonus coupon offer available only online or is it offered at any restaurant as well?
The bonus coupon promotion will be available online from April 23 to June 16. The bonus coupon promotion is online only and is not available in restaurant.

Can I purchase any combination of gift cards to qualify for the bonus coupon offer or must I purchase a $50 gift card?
The qualifications for receiving a FREE $15 bonus coupon is based on total value of each individual order and is not tied to individual gift card denominations. Therefore, any single order that equals $50 or more in gift card purchases will immediately qualify the purchaser to receive the FREE $15 bonus coupon(s).

Is the bonus coupon offer good on e-Gift Cards or only on standard plastic gift cards?
The promotion is valid on purchases of both standard plastic and e-gift cards. (Bulk orders do not qualify.)

Is there a limit to the number of bonus coupons that may be received per order?
No, there is no maximum limit to the number of bonus coupons that may be received. One $15 bonus coupon will be awarded for every $50 in plastic or e-gift card purchased per order.

When placing an order online, do I need to enter a promo code to qualify for the bonus coupon?
No promo code is needed. We will track gift card sales of $50 or more per order and distribute the $15 bonus coupon(s) via email within two (2) business days.

When will I receive my bonus coupon(s) for online gift card purchases?
Bonus coupon(s) will arrive via email within two (2) business days* from the date of gift card activation/shipment. *Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include major holidays.

To whom will the online bonus coupon(s) be emailed?
The bonus coupon(s) will be sent via email to the purchaser’s email address.

What if I do not receive my bonus coupon within two business days?
Please check your blocked email folders for the bonus coupon. Often your email filter will automatically send emails to a SPAM or JUNK email folder. To ensure delivery, add news@RubyTuesdayRestaurants.com to your address book.

When can I use the bonus coupon(s)? Will they expire?
The bonus coupons will be valid on Monday, May 13, 2013 and will expire on Monday, July 15, 2013.

In what denominations are Ruby Tuesday gift cards available?
Our gift cards come in any denomination from $5 to $250.

Where can I use my Ruby Tuesday gift card?
All Ruby Tuesday gift cards, except those purchased in Hawaii, may be used at any Ruby Tuesday located in the continental United States. Gift cards purchased in Hawaii are not redeemable in the continental United States. If you wish to replace a gift card that was purchased in Hawaii with a Ruby Tuesday gift card that is redeemable in the continental United States, please contact guestservices@rubytuesday.com.

Do your gift cards expire?
Our gift cards never expire.

How can I check my gift card balance?
You can verify the balance by calling the toll free number on the back of your gift card (1-888-359-7657). Your gift card number, the 16-digit number on the back of the card, will be required.

How can I place a bulk gift card order?
To purchase more than 25 gift cards, or a value in excess of $500, please visit rubytuesday.com/gift-cards/ and access the “Bulk Gift Card Orders” section to place your order.

Do you charge a monthly fee after a certain period of time?
No fees are charged, no matter how old the card (even if the card says otherwise and even if it was purchased in New Jersey). Please contact Guest Services at guestservices@rubytuesday.com if there is a need to have past dormancy fees reinstated to the balance of an older gift card.

Can I send a personal message with my gift card purchase?
You can create your own gift card using photos, clip art, text, and different background designs, and choose from over 1,000 customizable greeting cards via rubytuesday.com/gift-cards/.

Can I order a gift card online to be mailed to a friend or me?
Yes, you may order your Ruby Tuesday gift card at rubytuesday.com/gift-cards/. Please follow the online directions for selecting and ordering your gift to be mailed to you, a friend, or family member. Need it there in a hurry? Try sending one of our e-gift card options.

Can I order a gift card online and pick it up at my local restaurant?
At this time you are not able to order a gift card online and pick it up at one of our restaurants. You may purchase gift cards at any of our Ruby Tuesday locations however.

When will I receive my online gift card purchase?
All online orders placed will be processed the next business day*. Delivery will depend on the shipping option you choose. *Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include major holidays.

Will I receive confirmation of my online gift card order?
Yes. After your online gift card order has been placed, an order confirmation page will appear containing your order number. You will also receive your order confirmation via email.

What happens if my gift card is lost or stolen?
A replacement gift card may be issued for any remaining balance if you have the 16-digit gift card number from the back of your gift card and a valid receipt from a restaurant or the order number from the online purchase. We strongly urge our guests to record this number in a separate place upon receipt of their gift card.

Do you deliver on Saturday?
No, we do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday because of the excessive shipping charges.

Can you deliver to a P.O. Box?
Yes, USPS delivers to P.O. Boxes. Note: Bulk orders are shipped via FedEx, which does not accept P.O. Boxes.

I don't have time to order online and can't get to a restaurant to buy a gift card. What can I do?
Our gift cards can be purchased at many major retail stores (including Wal-Mart, Target, and Sam’s Club), as well as many grocery and drug stores. Please contact your local retailer to confirm if they carry our card. *When purchasing through major retail stores holiday bonus coupons are not available. Did that answer your question?
